This website is operated by YELLOW FELLOW. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using our store

  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
  • Please give accurate and complete information when ordering and keep your account details secure.
  • You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the site or other users.

2. Products and pricing

  • We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and specifications may change without notice.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time. If we find a pricing error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items or confirm dispatch by email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock availability, suspected fraud or payment problems.
  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantees for faulty or misdescribed goods.

6. Product use and safety

Please read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings supplied with each product. Electrical items such as power banks and lights should be used only as directed. Check age recommendations before buying toys, and supervise children and pets with products where appropriate.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to YELLOW FELLOW or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. Third-party brand names mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
