Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from YELLOW FELLOW. Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods such as Christmas, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. Estimates shown at checkout are a guide only, as carriers can experience delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking details where available.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us straight away.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will help sort it out.
