Refund Policy

30-day returns & refunds

We want you to love what you buy from YELLOW FELLOW. If you are not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

What can be returned

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, cables and manuals.
  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Items damaged by misuse, or showing signs of use beyond testing, may be refused or partially refunded.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet consumables and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@yellowfellow.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back with a tracked service. Please keep your tracking number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days (your bank may take extra time to show it).
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, and return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return cost. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Exchanges

To swap for a different colour or item, send the original item back and place a new order, or tell us when you contact us and we will help.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but can be returned under this policy.
